(as a service user),

I would like to share my story.

I have been supported twice now by CGL East alcohol team. Both times I had the same worker Michelle. Michelle has helped me so much, to have hope, to believe in myself. I will never forget her. Through her support, advice and care I have now reached my goal to be alcohol free, for this i will always be grateful. She gave me confidence and tools i needed to apply. I feel like I had a light bulb moment, It all just clocked! My life is now amazing and bright. I feel on top of the world, I am living a full life now. Michelle has given me tools to use to move forward in my life!

Thankyou CGL and Michelle without you I would not be where I am today . 

Forever Grateful.

I'm so happy to hear that Michelle has been a great keyworker and has been supportive throughout your support. That is amazing feedback knowing that you had someone to stand by you and believe in you to give you the motivation to change your life.

I'll make sure Michelle is aware of the kind words you mentioned and I'm sure she'll be very happy that you've taken the time to say positive things about her.

Most importantly, the fact that you now feel your life is amazing bright is so great. Your mindset sounds really positive as you mention you feel on top of the world. That's amazing! I hope you're proud of yourself for progressing to where you are today.
