"Rude ECG service"

About: Northern General Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I've had several ECGs over the last few months in hospital when I've had palpitations.  I found the person who did them really rude.

They asked why I had come in and I said I had palpitations and a fast pulse.

They asked why I thought that and I responded because I feel that way.

They asked if I had palpitations now? I touched my chest and they laughed and said that I did not need to feel my chest.

My ECG came back with sinus tachycardia
