"Unhappy with discharge information"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Physically Disabled Rehabilitation Unit ( PDRU)

(as a service user),

During my two week stay I recieved excellent rehab and nursing care which is helping, albeit a slow recovery from a lengthy stay before Christmas after surgery and a subsequent diagnoses of FND other related and unrelated conditions.

I am however ever angry to read my discharge letter which at a minimum has what I consider to be  assumptions from a member of staff who has not spoken to me once. In particular it has assertions that I believe are either fabricated or assumptions. It is simply isn't good enough for medical staff to not provide an accurate account of my situation.
