Despite ringing at 8am every day for the past week, I have still not been able to secure an appointment with a Dr!
The receptionist said that they only offer face to face appointments to the elderly or extremely vulnerable and I am just so upset as I don't know what to do?
The receptionist also stated that I should go to Lister Hospital and wait to see a Dr there!
I really do not want to trouble the busy A&E staff at the hospital when I only need to be examined and seen by a GP, but what choice do I have?
This has to be the worst doctors surgery ever and I can't understand why doctors don't allow patients to come in when everywhere else is open now.
