"The best customer service"

This was the BEST customer service and experience i have had ever. The staff were working hard with a busy queue of people but were lovely, polite and really helpful.

I needed further help so needed to wait but was informed what was happening and the other members of the public were treating with as much care and attention.

I have never written a review before but really feel strongly the experience was as it should be and the staff were working under pressure but managed to get the perfect balance of efficiency and customer service.
