(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The delivery of my daughter at Daisy Hill went brilliantly. All the members of staff were ever so helpful throughout.

Up on the ward it has also been brilliant. Every staff member has been really caring and helpful. Every interaction I have had with staff members has been good and they communicate well. Their attitude has always been nothing but pleasant and polite. I really couldn't single out any staff members over the other as each and every person couldn't do enough for me.

Everything has been good throughout my time here and I have no improvements to suggest.
