"The whole process has been quite slow"

I have been in Craigavon Hospital for one week today. I had severe stomach pain and upon arrival it has been discovered that I have gallstones. I am awaiting a scope but have been told it may not be until Friday. This would be the only thing I have to complain about- the waiting time. The whole process has been quite slow and makes me wonder why they have a shortage of beds yet aren't able to move patients quickly to obtain beds. Otherwise everything has been first-class. The staff are approachable, the ward is clean and the food is good. I just wish the process was a bit swifter.
