About: Derriford Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

After many years of IVF my pregnancy was filled with a mixture of emotion: hope, joy and anxiety. The following teams were exceptional in looking after us all! 

• Antenatal

• Maternity / triage

• Day assessment

• Foetal medicine

• Arygll ward

• Transitional care

• Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

• Outreach team – Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU)

Every member of staff from cleaners to consultants have been phenomenal. 

I am so proud to say that our daughters were born at Derriford hospital, under the safe and outstanding care of all of the staff. Thank you so very much, you will forever be in our hearts.
