I was referred to outpatients having developed floaters. All the staff were fantastic, polite, helpful and reassuring. My appointment was very quick with minimal waiting. I appreciated the Consultant letting me express my concern over the impact floaters were having on my quality of life. I also noticed how kind staff were to frail and elderly patients in their care. Reception staff and those at the door advising patients how to get to their clinics were also very helpful. A very professional and compassionate service.
