I had a LLETZ procedure done on Friday 17th June at Crawley hospital I was nervous about having it done it had been a worrying time for me Miss Gorti put me at ease & explained what was about to happen during my procedure. I then went into the procedure room to get changed a lovely nurse called Veronica explained everything to me again about what was going to happen the procedure isn’t the most nicest of treatments but Miss Gorti was gentle & nurse Lucy was chatting away to me trying to take my mind off what was happening it was all done with 15 minutes when it had finished I started to cry Miss Gorti held my hand & made me feel better everyone was so kind caring & compassionate I can’t thank you all enough Lucy went to make me & my mum a cup of tea as well which was very kind of her
