I attended the hospital for a colonoscopy with a great deal of dread having undergone this procedure before at another hospital. My first colonoscopy was extremely painful and unpleasant. This one at Solihull was the complete polar opposite. The team were wonderful, very kind and thoughtful, going beyond in my opinion to put me at ease. Equally amazing was I never felt a thing and was completely relaxed the whole time. My comfort and dignity were completely preserved. Anyone attending for this procedure don't worry about it. A very big thanks to the team from me.
