"It made living at home much easier"

About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am in my 80's and unable to walk due to a fall.  The team did everything they could to make me comfortable.  As a family, we were grateful to have such a wonderful service as the Acute Care at Home attending me during my first few weeks at home.  It made living at home again much easier for all of us.  I was told of changes to my medications, but they didn't say why, but we accepted that they knew what they were doing.

Many thanks to all the staff who treated me with tender care and we were very lucky to have such a wonderful service at our disposal.

Thanks again.

Thank you for your feedback

I am glad that things have become easier for you at home.

Our MDT are very dedicated to providing an excellent service.

With regards to your medicines I will express to our team that any changes of medications or addition of medicine must come with clear explanation verbal and written if needed.

Regards Sr O Hara
