You can not get an appointment.

I have contacted them 3 times at 8.00 and have been 127 th or so in a cue each time. Waited 30 minutes to be put through only to be told there are no appointments. This is an appalling service.

If I worked full time how could I stay on the phone for 30 minutes at a time. This is totally unacceptable. I am appalled. No wonder mental health is suffering. I am going to see if I can switch practices.

Dear Patient,

We are sorry for your recent experiences in trying to obtain an appointment.

We do appreciate you frustrations with call wait times and we do pool staffing resources in the peak times to ensure that phone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible. We do however offer pre bookable appointments 14 days un advance via patient access but as you can imagine these are booked up promptly.

As a practice are constantly reviewing the appointments process and will be looking at making some changes soon that we will be advertising to give greater access to book appointments. Unfortunately appointments are a finite resource but is one we work to utilise as effective as possible.

We do value your feedback and again apologies for your poor experience.
