You can not get an appointment.
I have contacted them 3 times at 8.00 and have been 127 th or so in a cue each time. Waited 30 minutes to be put through only to be told there are no appointments. This is an appalling service.
If I worked full time how could I stay on the phone for 30 minutes at a time. This is totally unacceptable. I am appalled. No wonder mental health is suffering. I am going to see if I can switch practices.
