About: Intellectual Developmental Disabilities /Learning Disability Services - Community / Intensive Community Assessment & Treatment Team - ICATT (North & South)

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

this was an email to one of my colleagues in the ICATT Team 

 Many thanks for your email and everything that you are doing to help R. We feel so reassured that you are keeping her on longer term - that we thank you all for this.

R feels supported too which is so great for her, thus reducing her challenging behaviours towards the family at the moment.

I know the lengths that you and Deena have gone to to try to get some further support for her - of which I am so grateful for.

I'm really pleased that ICATT have been able to provide the support that has helped to reduce some of the challenges for the family.
