About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I have been on waiting list for cataract surgery for the past 5 months. The hospital called me today but I couldn't answer. Instead of trying 4 times consecutively, it would be better if they tried after an hour each time or on the day after. I called back but they never answer the phone on the waiting list section. I'm struggling with my sight but what is worse is the lack of communication. What are they doing with me now? Write me a letter offering me a date, call me another day or am I back on the last place of the list again? Just because they called me 4 times, one call after the other while I was under my shower? There is no way to find out. You are left in limbo. logo
