I was signed off from the service several months ago and now go to the peer groups.
When I was signed off there was no feedback form - which I think there should be. I would like to say the service is excellent and the people are brilliant at what they do. There should be some mechanism for the staff to be recognized for all their efforts and care, including the volunteers. Everyone is doing such a great job in providing this valuable and life saving service :).
