"Really clear advise"

About: Public Health Agency / Contact Tracing

I was called not long after I reported my positive test.

The man I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. He gave really clear advise and answered any questions I had.

I was very reassured that I was acting in the right way and was clear on what steps I needed to take next.
