"Explained everything well"

I had to attend Lincoln County Hospital today for a colposcopy and loop treatment. I was incredibly anxious about the procedure but the staff were amazing! They put me at ease, were incredibly kind and compassionate. The consultant clearly knew her stuff and explained everything well. The nurses supported me throughout, and took time afterwards to bring me tea and biscuits until I felt well enough to leave. The appointment itself was really prompt too.
