"Let Down"

About: Morris House Group Practice

I find the practice is hit and miss. Some of the staff team are goodband caring, others are arrogant and offhand. My main issue is that during the lockdowns, there was no phone system. If you tried to call, you could be calling all week and never get through. The only alternative was econsult. And then you had to wait two days for anyone to call at a random time. Then everything was discussed via text message, with absolutely no chance of dialogue with a human.

Things have improved. You can now get an appointment if you call at 8am.

But overall the practice let too many people down during Covid, seemingly to become a vaccine centre and invite the royals.

Dear Patient,

We are sorry to hear about your experience and thank you for your feedback.

It would be helpful if you could arrange a mutual time to speak to the Deputy Practice Manager or the Practice Manager so that we can look into your concerns and make improvements.

Once again, thank you for your feedback.
