Had an awful experience with my previous GP practice (which had high recommendations online), to the point were I felt my ‘infertility’ was my fault and I very much felt judged. Found out that the tests they were meant to have done were not the correct ones.
Joined Orchard a few months ago despite the negative online reviews and finally picked up the phone to them. It was the best call I have made. They were excellent, from that initial call, to GP consultation, to getting the right blood test done in the same day!
The GP outlined the onward plans and the nurse couldn’t more supportive.
People only write their negative experiences, give them a call make up your own mind. I am honestly so happy with the service I have received so far.
