Calling for help

In my opinion Health Trusts and GPs are playing with situation like Tom & Jerry and staff are not well trained. Every time you see a different person.

I am suffering Kidney Stone problem, since Easter. Since I have been bouncing between 3 parties,  Hillingdon hospital Trust  / Acer Surgery  (Northwood) / Central Middlesex trust).

I feel like no one cares or takes responsibility for raise the referral on system. Since suffering from April, I managed to get referral on London North west NHS trust for system in end of May. Now I chasing the Central middlesex Trust for appointment for ESWL Treatment.

In response says London North west /  Central middlesex Trust says, I am in waiting list (Triage), but they cant tell me when any consultant will deal with it. in addition they says go to GP and ask them to request letter for urgency if your situation is getting more bad. GP says take pain killers or go to A&E if you cannot bare pain. they already referred to Hospital for treatment.

it's really struggle to get treated in so called 1st world.

Dear liberatorxe37,

I am sorry to hear you are still waiting on an appointment. Did you manage to contact PALS, please contact the PALS team on 0208 869 5118 or LNWH-tr.PALS@nhs.net

We would like to be able to help you with this matter and liaise with the Urology Team at Central Middlesex on your behalf, but we have no way to identify you from this post.

Kind regards

Pippa Kashmiry - Patient Experience Team.
