"Regularly kept in contact"

About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / Health Visitors

(as a service user),

Throughout my first year as a mother, I have received exceptional help from my community health visitor, Michelle. Previous to having my baby I had no experience with children so this was daunting, from the first visit nothing has been of any bother to Michelle, any fears, worries or questions I have had she has dealt with them in not only a professional manner but also a friendly one making me feel much more at ease and able to approach her about anything in regards myself and my child in this first tough year. I have really looked forward to seeing Michelle during each visit, she has regularly kept in contact via phone and message if ever I have needed her and I cannot fault her service one bit. What could have been a challenging year was made much more easier by knowing and using this help on hand I am very grateful for this.
