"They listened to my concerns"

About: Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership / Covid Vaccination Service

(as a service user),

Went to the Aberdeen City Vaccination Centre for a covid vaccination 'top up' today for the drop in clinic.

I wasn't too sure what I was asking for, as I've recently started immunosuppressant medication. The team carefully checked my history and what vaccination dose I need (I was wrong!).

They listened to my concerns -  as this was my first dose since starting the new medication I wasn't sure what they meant - and took the time to explain things and reassure me.  Smooth process, in and out with no faff. Thank you so much!
