"Appalling ADHD team"

About: Haydock Medical Centre

Due to an admin error on their part, the ADHD assessment team unjustifiably dropped me from their service before ever once contacting me. I waited a year for this appointment after being referred and never once received a phone call, letter, or email from them. My GP told me they claim I did not respond to a text, which is why they dropped me. While it is wildly unprofessional to contact a new patient solely via text message, I certainly would have answered if I had received one - but they never texted me at all. I have called and emailed them to find out what happened and give them a chance to rectify their mistake before I make a formal complaint, but they have not returned my calls. This is absolutely shocking to me. I have never had my health treated so cavalierly by a medical team. Utterly heartbreaking and infuriating.

I do not like to leave poor reviews, as all humans make mistakes, but I feel they've left me with no choice. I just hope they realise what they've done and decide to do right by me.
