"Colonoscopy experience"

I visited the Vanguard Unit for a colonoscopy in June. This was following a referral from my GP. I have decided not to name every member of the team I met, in case my memory is not as good as I believe! On arrival I was met and processed by Tara, very pleasant and at every moment put me at ease. From there I was taken to go for the procedure. Again the staff were excellent and explained what would happen. In the theatre I met four or five members of the team, including Alvin, Isabelle, and The boss…Sandra. The procedure was carried out and in no time I was in recovery with a cup of tea. From start to finish The Team were excellent and worked as a unit, with each member of the Team complimenting the other. I could not praise each of them and their professionalism enough. They are a credit to their profession and are in my opinion True Heroes! My sincere thanks and praise.
