I had to take my father back to QVH for a follow up appointment after a nasty dog bite. I have to say I was so impressed with all of the staff that dealt with us . They were friendly, polite, caring and professional..........nothing was too much bother. A porter even helped me secure a parking bay as all of the disabled ones where full. There were no hold ups with the appointments either . A big thank you to everyone!
