They flood your phone with messages about 'social prescribing', 'BMI index' etc. but impossible to get relevant service. You have to fill online form at 7:30 in the morning, most mornings you get a message 'surgery full', so you keep trying morning after morning. Very hard for working people.
When you get a booking (referral, medication review, GP call) the call with either happen or not. We had to chase them a few times.
They keep issuing repeat prescriptions for 4 weeks, because 'you are due medication review' but they keep moving the review. Paying double.
When I called them being very unwell, I have received a call back from a pharmacist. Pharmacist is not allowed to sell the medication I need so how is she allowed to assess and prescribe it? I had to go private to be attended to.
Now my blood pressure is very high but I do not even dare to ask for help, I am afraid that they will make it even worse sending me to some social circle or another chat with a pharmacist.
It would be better if they were shut down, then at least there was no pretending that we have a GP service.
