I have been trying to book an appointment for a blood test in the phlebotomy department only for the phone to ring out continually for over an hour. When I phoned reception I was advised that this was the only way way to make an appointment and to keep trying. I understand that at the moment the hospital is very busy at the moment but I would not think it is too much to expect for someone to answer the phone once in a while . A very poor service in my view.
