About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as a service user),

I attended the New Victoria for a CT scan. The service was amazing - the department is so well organised, efficient and streamlined. It was very welcoming and the staff were really reassuring.

My scan was done by a lady named Lauren I am sure and she was fantastic, really personable and made me feel completely relaxed.

The nursing assistant Marie was brilliant - very warm and friendly. She really took the time to get to know me as a person and care for my needs.

I felt really reassured, listened to and cared for throughout the whole experience - Thank you.
