"They all work their socks off"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ward 101 Aberdeen Royal Infirmary at the beginning of June with heart rhythm issue

From the moment I arrived till the time I left that evening the care I received was excellent

I was taken to the ward  and met by Lesley who took all my details . She was very friendly and made me feel at ease . She looked after me along with Lara   who also made me feel at ease  The whole team of nurses were amazing but unfortunately I didn't get all their names . They worked their socks off and helped each other when they could as  the wards were very busy  Great team work led by senior nurse practitioner Kate and Dr Szygula

I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for looking after me and for the wonderful work they do in these challenging times

Dear eddie10,

Many thanks for taking the time to write in about your experience in Ward 101, please accept my apologies for the delay in replying. I will ensure this is shared with the team and know how much it will mean to them.

I hope you are feeling better and recovering well.

Take care

Julie
