"Unreliable "

It’s so hard to get an appointment , I was going through a medical crisis.I called for 3 days in a row at 8am , the first day I wasn’t attended to till after 1h30 minutes and was told there’s no appointment. 2nd and 3rd days I spent 2 h 30 minutes on the phone and still didn’t get a response I was 7th in que when I called and then I eventually became 2nd and I was never attended to. I had to get a private GP , I was dealing with haemorroids which I was treated for but came back and my complaint wasn’t taken serious. I have so many more issues but I’ll just go register to another GP because this is the worst. I could be dying and they still won’t attend to me. The fact that you have to call that day at 8am and there’s no way to book online or anything. The doctors are very kind and they listen to complaints and carry out the due treatments for everything necessary.
