"Very nice staff and horrible system "

I went with my kid after a bike accident to this A&E by ambulance, staff are extremely nice but this place is a shame, it is unexplainable small, people were sitting on the floor, children with injuries have no place to get comfortable, nurses are running left and right and no one knows what is going on, waiting minimum is 3 hours, Moms crying with their children on their labs, no proper ventilation, dirty floors, poor lights and absolutely not adequately staffed.

Bare in mind I’m talking about the main A&E in south London, really shame on everyone in a responsible position in the health care, this absolutely doesn’t need loads of money to fix.
