About: Royal Aberdeen Children's Hospital / Accident & Emergency (Emergency Care)

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended childrens a&e yesterday with my son when he fell and cut his cheek.

The staff were great especially Staff Nurse Michaela who really put my son at ease.

We were in and out in 3.5 hours which I was happy with as I could see that they were very busy.

Thanks also to Staff Nurse Nicky and Dr Ailsa.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback following your attendance at A&E with your son.

I am glad to hear that Michaela was able to put your son at ease as a hospital can be a scary place especially when it is unplanned. I hope he is on the mend and that his cut is healing.

I will ensure the staff receive a copy of your feedback so they know the difference they make.
