(as a service user),

All the care we have received at the BGH has been wonderful. All the staff who looked after us when our son was born were fantastic, caring and skilled.

We felt so supported and there is nothing we could have hoped to go better.

We are so grateful to the lovely team on ward 16 and the theatre team who looked after us.

Congratulations on the recent birth of your son following your caesarean section. I am pleased you felt the staff were caring and skilled that looked after you, we aim to provide person centred care.
