"They made the experience so much easier for me"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I was scheduled for a gastroscopy and from the second I walked in to the department was treated with total care and professionalism, from the reception staff right through to the Endoscopy Nurses.  They do a difficult job and they do it well - made the experience so much easier for me.
