(as a relative),

My mummy fell and broke her wrist last week. Well I have to say, from the care she received by the ambulance drivers, to the doctor & staff in the ED department, I cannot praise them enough. Donna, Adam, and Matthew are just a few who made my mum's visit a lot easier.

Well done to the Adam and team. We can't thank you all enough, keep up the good work.
