About: University Hospital Monklands / Outpatients Department

(as the patient),

I was seen at Monklands hospital biopsy unit today by  Dr McKinley and her colleague . The two nurses were fantastic it was a laugh a minute from start to finish.

Dr McKinley and her colleague were decisive and to the point which was more than appreciated. Another point, as  I was reading my letter in car park a young lady who worked on infectious control in the hospital stopped and ask me where I had to go.  I told her she took me to outpatients herself.

Thank you everyone today made my day 😘
