About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 North Ward

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am not the biggest fan of being in a hospital but staff the staff on 3 North have made my stay wonderful. They have all been very nice, helpful and reassuring. They have made sure that I am comfortable in my bed and always checking if I need anything. Throughout their whole shift  they remained cool calm and collected even though they were completing very long shifts (asked one of the nurses about their shifts and she was completing a 12hr shift omg!). The NHS staff are truly superheroes and we do not give them enough recognition.

I am glad that your stay on our ward 3 North was a wonderful experience. Our Nurses strive to provide excellent nursing care and I am glad that this met with your expectations. I hope you continue to enjoy good health.
