"Treated with care and compassion"

I am originally from Manchester and what I like Craigavon area hospital is how friendly the staff are and how they will come in and chat with me and ask me how I am. The staff are all very talkative (especially on 2 South) I really enjoy that staff sit and talk with us as it makes us feel listened too and cared for. The level of care is outstanding I really wasn’t expecting it to be this good.

When I arrived I got speaking to the consultant and I am pleased to report what a refreshing change it is to be listened too and treated with care and compassion not only by the consultant but everyone I met working in this hospital. I have never got this level of professionalism when I was back home in Manchester. Thank you for a positive experience and helping me to determine what is happening with me and involving me in my need to know personality.

I cannot express how much just having professionals listen, understand and know what they are doing' makes all the difference.
