"Appreciation and gratitude to all those involved in treating our mother."

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Emergency Department Northern Ireland Ambulance Service / Emergency ambulance response

(as a relative),

My elderly Mother took a very nasty fall on Wednesday. My father phoned for an ambulance which was on the scene within 25 minutes. My mum was subsequently taken to CAH under swift professional treatment by the crew.

On entering the hospital My mum was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism from the staff of the Emergency Department as were our family. particularly note to Auxiliary Donna, Nurse Mathew and  Doctor Adam who went over and beyond to make my Mum feel comfortable and relaxed whilst treating her for her injuries.

I would like to place on record my families appreciation and gratitude to all those involved in treating our mother.

Dear thubankq39,

Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback, it was so encouraging to hear about the excellent care your mother received from all the staff involved. It was also particularly reassuring to hear about the swift and professional service provided by the NI Ambulance Service staff and I do hope your mother is recovering from her fall. I would like to share you feedback with the NIAS staff involved, in order to do so I would need a few more details about the time, date and location of the call. If you would like to provide these details please contact me directly at neil.gillan@nias.hscni.net

Best wishes

Neil
