What could be improved
I was at the hospital this afternoon with my son and the entrance was very dirty with some sort of brownish fluid running down the steps that lead to the main door. It was disgusting and I'm amazed that staff walked through this without alerting cleaners. It looked like it had been like this for some time. I took some pictures.
