"Unacceptable waiting lists"

The waiting list for Neurology is not acceptable. The neurologist appears to have no assistance and so the waiting list is horrendous. I need a routine appointment and will be lucky if I am seen in a year! Considering the nearest hospital with Neurological Services is Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and they also cover the Highlands and Islands that causes them a huge waiting list too. It's time there were more Neurologists so that there can be better Neuro services in Inverness.
