I was referred to the Access & Information Social Worker by the District Nurse, as I was under considerable stress in my caring role to my husband.
I thought the Carers Assessment took me places I haven’t been to in a long time. It helped me a lot. I felt so much different after it. I felt a sense of freedom, it gave me hope. Thank you so much Stacey, you are the first person in 5 years that ever asked me how I felt.
I am so very thankful for the difference you have made. I was so sad when you phoned, but now I have hope.
