"Daughters care"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Short Stay Medicine

(as a parent/guardian),

My 20 year old daughter was referred from her GP after a cardiologist picked up abnormalities on her ECG after experiencing chest pains and a racing heart beat . Her appointment was at 2pm no waiting. The level of care was of the highest standard . All staff were exceptional, offered refreshments various times .  She was then transferred to ward 103 for 2 nights to monitor her heart rate. Which was also excellent. The hospital was also very clean .

Dear Florida10,

Many thanks for taking the time to write in about the care your daughter received whilst in Ward 103. I will ensure this is shared with the team and know how much it will mean to them.

I hope your daughter is recovering well

Julie
