I was referred to the Audiology Dept for therapy with my balance following an inner ear infection and for help managing my Tinnitus. I found the staff to be friendly and polite, taking time to explain to me why I had this problem and in diagnosis and testing they were aware and receptive to other medical problems I had. Exercises were set and in follow up appts encouragement was given other goals set. All my appts were on time and I was treated with utmost dignity respect and professionalism. I was fitted with hearing aids to help control my Tinnitus and yesterday received a phone call to check on my progress with them. Please pass on my sincere thanks to such a fantastic team. A real credit to your Hospital .
