(as a service user),

Ambulance staff stated there is nothing wrong with my mobility, even though I have excruciating pain everyday

I phoned the Scottish ambulance patient transport for assistance in taking me to an appointment, as I have fibromyalgia, arthritis and nerve damage which going by public transport would make my pain worse, the call handler stated a previous pick up by patient ambulance staff, a staff member had said there is nothing wrong with my mobility. I got very upset by this.

Please accept my apologies for the experience you have had trying to get transport from the Scottish Ambulance Service. I appreciate that this must have been very difficult to hear and can't imagine how it made you feel.

Where someone is dissatisfied with the Service the Service encourages that feedback is provided. If you haven't done so already this can be done here.
