"Awful"

Child who is 10 needed physio referral and GP said he is making referral. Called surgery 27 days after appointment to check about referral. GP hasn’t even made the referral! The receptionist told me I would have to call back tomorrow and make a new appointment for another doctor to triage to make a referral because the other doctor is off for 10 days! Meanwhile a 10 year old child’s issues have worsened.
