´Phoned at midday to ask about an infected wound treatment. They said come along as probably need antibiotics.( I could not get an appointment with my GP).Arrived early afternoon, receptionist very courteous and helpful. Saw triage nurse in less than five minutes and treatment nurse immediately thereafter. Excellent treatment from everyone and out with a prescription within 25 minutes of arrival.
Superb - why are GP practices not so efficient and very pleasant helpful people ?
