"A positive experience during a difficult time"

About: General Surgery / Ward 6B Royal Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I want to thank both doctors and nurses in A&E for providing me with quick treatment on a very busy Friday night.

All staff on ward 6B, Bay A including Gastro Consultant who provided me with a high standard of care.
I mainly want to thank Nurse Mairead who looked after me on the Saturday.
Her empathy, compassion and patience towards me really made a difference.
Nothing was too much and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
She put me at ease protected my dignity and supported me at a difficult time.

Hi Linsey,

I would like to make sure the comment is passed on to Staff Nurse Mairead in Ward 6B as she was so incredibly helpful to me.
