"Caring staff"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

My daughter had an outpatient appointment in urology, she was very anxious. She was given advice and choices. Staff made her feel at ease.

She was seen on time and I was allowed to be with her, can't praise staff enough.

Dear falconjx65 - please see the response below from the Urology Outpatient Team:

'Thank you for letting us know daughter had a good experience when visiting the urology outpatient department. It’s lovely for the team to know their actions made a difference to how anxious your daughter felt. Not only have your kind words let staff know they are appreciated, they have also let other patients and families know what to expect when they visit the service. Thanks again.

Take care,

Nicola McDonald- Urology Specialist Nurse'
